1. Scope of application
ECR ECOMMERCE ROCKET LTD is hereinafter also referred to as Card-Rocket.com. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Card-Rocket.com by customers (§13 Civil Code [BGB]). Card-Rocket.com does not accept any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions and hereby expressly rejects them. Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer are valid only if Card-Rocket.com agrees expressly and in writing.

2. Formation of contract
The presentation of products on Card-Rocket.com is a non-binding online catalogue and does not constitute a legally binding offer. Unless otherwise noted on the products, all offers are valid while stocks last. Liability for errors is not accepted. Your order constitutes a binding offer to us to form a contract with you. You place an order if you enter all details requested during the ordering process, review the order form in step 3 under "Confirm" and send it to us by clicking "Order". In sending you our confirmation of order, which you will receive after placing your order, we acknowledge that we accept your offer (your order) to form a contract.

3. Instruction to revoke
Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you take possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement to that effect (e.g. a letter or email) to ECR ECOMMERCE ROCKET LTD, 1 Gladstonos Street, Panagiotio Bldg, Office 1,6023 Larnaca / Cyprus (email: service@ ecom-rocket.com). You can, but do not have to, use the attached sample withdrawal form. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the expiry of the revocation period. Consequences of revocation If you revoke your contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery different from our low-cost standard delivery method), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the receipt of your notice of revocation. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged for this refund. We may refuse to pay your refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have provided evidence of their return, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of your revocation of your contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall be liable for any depreciation of the goods only if such depreciation is due to handling of the goods beyond that required for an examination of their nature, properties and functionality.
Exclusion of right of revocation

4. Storage of the contract text
Your order and the order data entered by you will be stored by us. If you would like a printout of your order, you can print an order confirmation. After completing your order and clicking on the "Order" button, you will receive the message "Thank you for your order". You can then print the details of your order. If you have given us your email address, you will also receive confirmation of your order details via email.
5. Registration in the Card-Rocket Shop
5.1. When ordering goods or creating a customer account on the Card-Rocket.com website, you will be asked to register and provide your personal information. Registration is confirmed immediately. Only one customer account may be opened per customer. In the case of multiple registrations, Card-Rocket has the right to block the customer accounts concerned immediately.
5.2. When entering your personal data for registration purposes, you are responsible its accuracy and completeness. You must keep your personal access details confidential and prevent them from being accessed by third parties.
5.3 You are solely responsible for content (such as product reviews) that you post in areas accessible for this purpose. Such content must not infringe any rights of third parties. Card-Rocket.com provides areas for your contributions on a purely voluntary basis and expressly reserves the right to close or modify such areas. You have no right to the storage or publication of your contributions.
5.4. Customers are entitled to use our website within the scope of its availability. The website's content is made available solely for your own private, non-commercial use. You must refrain from any interference with the Card-Rocket.com website and any external use of its data. Manipulation with the aim of obtaining unauthorised payment or other advantages at the expense of Card-Rocket.com, its Marketplace partners or other interested parties may lead not only to legal consequences but also to your being barred from the Card-Rocket.com website.
5.5. We reserve the right to issue warnings customers who violate the terms of 0.1 to 0.4, to delete or change content posted by customers and to delete the customer account concerned (virtual house right).
5.6 There is no right to permanent access to the website or to the data or to other services offered. Card-Rocket.com does not guarantee that the website or its constituent services will always be available. Access to the services of the Card-Rocket Marketplace may be restricted by Card-Rocket.com at its own discretion. Card-Rocket has no obligation to accept registrations or to accept orders from registered customers.

7. Illustrations and descriptions
Product illustrations and descriptions are provided without guarantee. They may differ from the products ordered and delivered.
8. Terms of payment
8.1 Prices The prices stated on Card-Rocket.com are final and are always inclusive of VAT but exclusive of any shipping and customs costs. 8.2 Payment for the vouchers ordered must be made either by mobile payment or premium number or bank transfer. For the avoidance of credit risk, Card-Rocket reserves the right to exclude certain types of payment. 8.3 Payment is due on formation of contract.
9. Charging via premium number and mobile payment
9.1 Card-Rocket operates a system that enables the purchaser to top up credit for voucher orders by phone or by mobile payment. The costs for this will be added to the next telephone bill or met via prepaid mobile phone credit.
9.2 The use of the premium number is subject to a limit of €100 of credit per week.
9.3 If this limit is exceeded within one week, the premium number service is automatically blocked for the caller until the following week.
9.4 As a user of our premium number or mobile payment service, you assure ECOMMERCE ROCKET LTD that you are at least 18 years old and that you are at the time of the call authorised to use the telephone concerned.
9.5 Should we have reason to suspect fraud in connection with the premium number or mobile payment methods, ECOMMERCE ROCKET LTD may temporarily block your customer account and credit balance subject to further enquiries.
9.5.1 In the event of wrongdoing, suspension shall be final and irrevocable.
9.5.2 Grounds for suspicion of abuse may include: complaints regarding the customer's caller number by the telecommunications companies or payment providers; recharges made to a customer account with several different caller numbers/SIM cards; automated, non-natural dialling of premium numbers; or the belief that the customer is not the legal owner of the telephone/SIM card.
9.6 ECOMMERCE ROCKET LTD shall not be liable for system failures beyond its responsibility or caused by the telecoms network operator. System malfunctions for which ECOMMERCE ROCKET LTD is responsible will be rectified immediately.
10. Advance payment via mobile payment, premium number or voucher
10.1 Credit will be assigned directly to the customer account once the voucher code has been entered.
10.2 The user's credit balance on the account can be paid out. Card-Rocket charges a fee of €18 for this service. This does not include credit that has been loaded via gift certificate code. Credit does not accrue any interest.
10.3 Refund of credit charged via premium number or mobile payment shall be subject to complete payment/remuneration to ECR Ecommerce Rocket Ltd by the mobile operator and carrier. Refunds are allowed only after eight weeks have elapsed since loading.
10.4 Card-Rocket.com reserves the right to delete inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if the user has not logged into it or carried out any activities on it for a period of more than twelve months. If an account is deleted, the customer can no longer use the credit.
10.5 Before deleting an inactive account, the provider will attempt to contact the user within a period of 180 days via the email address provided. If the user does not object to deletion within this period or take action on the account, the account will be deleted.
11. Ending of contract
11.1 By clicking "Buy" during the ordering process, you make a legally binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart at the prices indicated.
11.2 Confirmation of receipt of order is sent by us immediately to your email address. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of order may take one of the following forms: the order is (i) accepted by way of a separate declaration of acceptance via email or (ii) the customer is requested to pay in advance or (iii) the customer uses the service and makes payment via premium number, mobile payment or bank transfer.
12.1 Vouchers are sent by email without charge.
12.2 Vouchers are dispatched only after receipt of payment.
12.3 Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery.
12.4 Vouchers confer the right to receive services granted by the voucher issuer concerned. Issuer's conditions of use apply (including any exclusionary periods for the redemption of the voucher). Card-Rocket.com does not as part of the redemption process have to provide the services to you and nor is it liable for the provision of the services by the voucher issuer.
13. Warranty, liability
13.1 All vouchers are subject to statutory liability for defects.
13.2 The seller shall in the event of simple negligence in breach of duty be liable for damages of up to half the agreed purchase price. Seller shall otherwise be liable only in the event of intent or gross negligence by either itself or its legal representative or agent.
13.3 The limitation of liability according to the above clause 1 shall not apply to the seller's liability for damages resulting from death, injury or harm to health. Furthermore it shall not apply to claims based on defects if the seller has fraudulently concealed the defect or has provided a guarantee for the quality of the item.
13.4 The trademarks and trade names used on this site that are not owned by Card-Rocket.com are the property of their respective owners. Brand and product names of our partners and suppliers are registered trademarks of the company concerned.
14. Final provisions, place of jurisdiction
14.1 Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. Instead of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provision shall apply.
14.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with the contractual relationship - also from rescission - shall be Larnaca/Cyprus if the purchaser is not a customer.
14.3 Any claims for non-contractual performance of service must be brought within one month of confirmation of dispatch. Claims may be brought after this deadline if you have been prevented through no fault of your own from brining the claim within the deadline.
Should individual provisions of the contract, including these provisions, be or become invalid in whole or in part, or should the contract contain an unforeseen loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. The ineffective or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective statutory provisions.
